What words of advice would you give to starting dog agility teams?
Keep it Fun!!!!
Why did you become involved in the sport of dog agility?
I started agility with my first Aussy, Matty, to give her a job and keep her active. Continued agility with Annie mainly for the same purpose while training her as a service dog. Aussy's do not make good service dogs, so we concentrated on agility after a couple of years sabbatical. LCDA club (Wanda, Kathy and Courtney) got me interested in competiting, but we are not into the traveling to trails. We trail at home, so it takes us longer to title.
Describe the most memorable experience you and your doggie teammate have had during your dog agility career.
The Feburary 2010 trial, Annie had 4 Q's and received her Performance Dog Title with the final Q in Performance I Standard as well as getting Advanced Performance Jumpers, Snooker and titles. Sometime you build all the points and you win big.
And for fun.....if your dog had a theme song, what would it be?
